Today, Judge Bryant issued a Memo of Decision which granted WWE's motions for judgment on the pleadings. After nearly four years, it appears that WWE has successfully defended themselves against the plethora of CTE (Chronic Traumatic Encephalopathy) lawsuits. Eventually, WWE had all of the suits consolidated in Connecticut.
